Only through BCA (BANK CENTRAL ASIA), number account will be sent to you after you order. We don't accept payment through voucher etc.

CANCELLATION

LOST PACKAGES
If an item gets lost and doesn't arrive to destination and the number of items ordered is less caused by delivery courier, despite correct address, please contact us immediately; if any. We will first confirm the delivery courier office. If they claim & confirm that the item was lost, we will help you to process your package according to the the delivery courier procedure. We don't accept return and or exchange or refund caused by lost package and or deficiencies of your products (multiple seperate packaging) by delivery courier. But, we apologize if they not claim & not confirm that the item was lost, we also don't accept return and or exchange and or refund of it.
We will respond within 24 hours so we can report to the delivery courier. For the next step, waiting for response from the courier and we will email you as soos as we got the info from the courier.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Buyers are responsible to track & trace their orders and schedule a redelivery with their local courier if necessary to see if it arrives to their safely. Once a package is stated unclaimed despite correct mailing address, the recipient has to contact the post office in order to arrange a redelivery or has to pick up the package from the local courier. Otherwise it will be returned to us. We will arrange a reshipment for the returned parcels as soon as we receive them but only if the buyer agrees to cover the reshipment cost.

Are the products safe?

Yes of course because we use natural ingredients. But, keep in mind and note that each person has different skin types and body so that in its use depends on the condition of each person. As a suggestion (for essential oil products) to check the safety of essential oils in your skin, mix one drop of essential oil with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil or jojoba oil. Rub on the inside of the arm and wait a moment. If there is a redness or itchy rash, it means the skin is allergic to the essential oil. Please keep in mind, essential oil shouldn't hit the eye. Tentunya, karena produk kami menggunakan bahan dasar alami. No, we only sell oil based pomade. Oil based pomade is pomade with oil or wax base. Water based pomade is pomade with water base.
